My hand wears a large glove and this cane would work, but my hand does crave something a bit thicker.

_ Arrowhead had sharp edges so it's buried deeper into the wood so it's safe to touch.
_ All are inlaid after an indent is carved into the wood in the shape of the decoration, then glued in with epoxy.
_ All are then given several coats of clear polyurethane to make them more scratch and tarnish resistant.
_ The stones are not in a place where one would rest their palm so they don't compromise your comfort.
_ I use a cane daily and can assure you that neither the diamonds nor the stone inlays impede the grip. Rather, they make a great finger grip or hand guide so you always can tell if your hand is in the right place on the handle without looking at it.
_ Besides being a finger guide, they also gives the thumb something to fondle, like a worry stone or fidget spinner ;)

🌿 UNIQUE HANDLE: 🖐🏻🖐🖐🏾

♦ LEFT OR RIGHT: Hand grip is comfortable for either left_handed or right_handed people.
♦ COMFY: There are diamonds on the side that don't impede, but rather the indents make great finger grips and hand guides. All are comfy since they're sanded smooth...just not flat or flush.
♦ STRONG BRACE: Handle has a wood brace, making this extra strong. Brace is secured with pins and screws on both ends (covered with a wood plug sanded flush), to give you extra support, ensuring that the handle can withstand you bearing all your weight down on it.

🌿 HAS CURVES

This walking cane has a few curves, making it extra intriguing, but the stick stands straight for the most part (ie, comes back to center and isn't a bow or arc) and works great as a daily mobility aid. (I use one daily__crooked canes work great and have marvelously charming character.)

♦ ALL NATURAL: No stains, paints or colors added--just 4-5 coats of clear poly finish. The natural colors are spectacular, looking so much better in person than I'm able to capture with photos.
♦ DIAMONDS: Covered with an exceptional array of 17+ natural wooden diamonds 💎 with all sorts of wonderful twisting curves and a variety of tan, caramel, dark brown and reddish brown colors.
♦ SOME DEEP...This stick has a few particularly deep diamonds (although it's difficult to capture the many curves and forms in the photos--but they're there,) so I feel I must mention it. They're beautiful alone, and also perfect for embedding more stones or charms into them, if you'd wish.
♦ SPALTED RAILING: Has highly coveted, unique and rare 🦄 semi_railing effect, where the diamonds become one with the wood and twist and turn the wood due to spalding/spalting.
♦ SOME PROTRUDING...Some "diamonds" even stick out like an ear, where you could pinch both sides, and normally I'd say you could maybe lace or pierce something through them, but there's a stone inlaid a bit too close to the edge for you to add another hole on this one.

🌿 HANDCRAFTED

This walking cane is a OOAK (one of a kind) item made from native northern Minnesota diamond willow tree, and handcrafted by Tim P., a local, experienced Minnesota artisan.
♦ Sustainably harvested in northern MN.
♦ Main bark removed by hand.
♦ Dried/cured for several months, naturally by air
♦ Meticulously and lovingly sanded to reveal nature's beauty
♦ Given 4-5 coats of clear polyurethane.

🌿 ABOUT MAX 200lbs.

♦ This could maybe hold more weight, but I'm just guessing at wt. limit. I'm "only" ~200 lbs. and test each stick just by trying to bend it to make sure it's sturdy.
♦ Most of my walking sticks have a weight limit of 350 lbs. but this is just a tad (1/8") thinner than I'd like.

🌿 SIZE GUIDE

♦ As a GENERAL rule, walking canes should be about elbow height or 2-4" below...give or take a few inches.
♦ But preferences vary, sooo.....
♦ If you've never had a walking cane, measure while wearing 👞🥿walking shoes, have your arms hang at your side. Note where your elbow is at. Measure from the floor to your elbow, and subtract a couple of inches.

✨ WE CAN SHORTEN, at no charge. We'll happily cut it down for you. Just let us know the length you want. Measure📏 twice and we'll cut once (then sand and coat with clear poly).

🌿 DISCLAIMER

Since this is wood, and we're not a factory, I make no guarantees about the future condition of this walking stick, but CAN GUARANTEE it was strong without any large cracks when I harvested, cured, coated, listed, and packed it for shipping after it sells, inspecting it at each step along the way.

PLEASE INSPECT 🕵️‍♂️🔎 ALL YOUR EQUIPMENT before each use to make sure no cracks or weaknesses have developed, since wood does change over time.

🌿 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

♦ Bring it inside when you're not using it, and maybe wipe dirt or water off of it with a dry cloth or damp cloth if needed....when you can.
♦ Being left outside for a little while every now and then is no big deal. I've had the same stick I use daily for many years, and I leave it out sometimes--just not too often.
♦ These are made for the outdoors, but the clear poly is not UV tolerant like marine epoxy.
♦ Should not be left in the sun or extreme heat or cold for days and weeks on end. Otherwise, the same thing will happen to your lovely walking stick that happens to wood furniture left outside in all sorts of weather.
♦ Just bring it indoors when not in use, and the 5 coats of poly I've put on will help protect your walking stick and help you keep it nice looking and useful for many years.
