Strong, braided wrist straps are made of 550 paracord; you choose color.

Can be used either as an addition/replacement for a hiking staff or walking cane that you already own, or as an upgrade that you have us add to walking stick or cane that you purchase from us.

This is for wrist strap only. Walking sticks, hand grips and embellishments sold separately. See 'Upgrades' section below.

SIZE:

♦ Finished, braided lanyard being approx. 3/4''-7/8'' wide.
♦ Strap is approx. 13 in. when open, and 6 in. when closed, with extra long tassels you can cut yourself after you adjust to fit.
♦ Some people add charms or beads to the tassels, or just leave them plain.
♦ Paracord lanyard is made from about 18 ft. of paracord (approx. 12 knotted over 6 ft. of inner strands).

ADJUSTABILITY

♦ Knots are left loose so you can adjust to fit and THEN tighten knots.
♦ 💥 CAUTION: It is very hard to untighten knots, so be sure to adjust to fit before tightening the knots.
♦ Maybe even practice using your walking stick with the wrist strap attached BEFORE you tighten the knots...to be sure you have enough leeway, etc.
♦ Please see last two photos on how paracord length is adjustable, and how you can keep it from cinching around your wrist.

♦You can have up to 2 colors for the paracord wrist strap.
♦Paracord would have a dominant (outside) and non_dominant (inside) color. for the paracord option.
♦The color you choose from the drop down menu will be the outside dominant color unless you tell me otherwise.

♦If you prefer a different STRAP LENGTH, let me know ASAP. No extra charge.
♦We will happily make them a little longer if you want, at no extra charge.

If we're adding this to one of our walking sticks for you, let us know:
♦ above or below hand grip, and
♦ distance from ground up, or
♦ distance from top of staff__however you prefer to measure).

HOW IT'S BRAIDED

''Pa'' (aka Tim) braids the paracord lanyard myself with a loose sinnet cobra knot made of 4 strands of cord (4 strands in tassel).
This is basically half knots tied over two inner strands. Ends are slightly burned after cutting to seal them, so inner strands of paracord don't ride up, or so poly doesn't unravel.

HOW WRIST STRAP ADDED

♦ a hole is drilled in the hiking staff or walking cane you purchase separately from us, then the hole is sanded and coated with clear poly
♦ lanyard threaded through hole and tied loosely (so you can easily untie and adjust it)
♦ for CANES, I may not be able to drill a hole in the handle, and may add a pin and an o_ring or d_ring, as shown in sample photo, with communication and approval from you, of course
