This milkshake is perfect for summer and for those of us who LOVE Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups!!! I could eat this every day. š
Reese’s Peanut Butter Milkshake Recipe
What you need:
Vanilla ice cream
¼-½ cup milk
Reeseās Peanut Butter Cups
Reeseās Pieces
Nutter Buddy
Waffle cones
Hot fudge
Chocolate sauce
Blender
Directions:
Step 1:
Place milkshake glass or beer mug into the freezer for 30 minutes prior to making the milkshake.
Step 2:
Remove glass from freezer. Using a spoon, spread the hot fudge around the rim of the glass. The hot fudge is thick and will not run down the glass; it also holds the candy on the rim really well! Roll the rim in coarsely chopped Reeseās Pieces. Place the glass back in the freezer while you make the milkshake.
Step 3:
For one milkshake, scoop 4 scoops of vanilla or chocolate ice cream into your blender. Add 3-4 of the larger Reeseās Peanut Butter Cups or a handful of the mini cups. For extra peanut butter flavor you can add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Ella and Annie added a handful of the Reeseās Pieces too! Pour in the milk and blend until smooth.
Tip: when adding milk, do so in small additions until you get the desired consistency.
Step 4:
Remove your glass from the freezer and line the glass with chocolate sauce. Pour in the Reeseās milkshake. Top the milkshake with an additional scoop of ice cream.
Step 5:
Drizzle chocolate sauce over the scoop of ice cream. We added a Nutter Buddy and pieces from a waffle cone for added deliciousness!
