I had the pleasure of talking with Eden Godsoe , founder of SkinnyScoop. When she told me about her "list making" platform and site, I knew she had to share it with our readers. Come on, what woman doesn't love a good list!

How many of you get your best information from your go-to girlfriend or that mom maven who shares her knowledge and recommendations with the rest of us? Well, it just got a lot easier.

Now that we're thinking about back to school at our house, I wanted to make something easy that the whole family would enjoy (including my daughter who is a very picky eater).  These take no time, are absolutely delicious, would work great at a party or as part of a yummy breakfast, and are just three ingredients. Also, while they taste great right out of the oven, they're still good and crispy the next day!

Yep, it was a big day in our household. Lainey headed off to kindergarten, and you can see by her face she was VERY excited!

I used our free first day of school printable signs for this picture (we've got every grade through high school).

If you haven't seen Stacey W's U Pick Party, you are in for a treat. It's an end of school party she threw at a local hydroponic farm. I know... cool.

Stacey of Elle Belle Creative did almost all of this gorgeous party herself, including making these yummy fruit dip favors for her guests. What a great favor for a summer party. I love edible favors!
