{TRENDS} Ninjago Parties on Catch My Party
For those of you who don't know (and I didn't know until these parties starting popping up on our site), Ninjago is a line of ninja Legos that are very popular with boys 7-14. There's a whole immersive world of minifigures (heroes, creatures, and skeletons) to draw on to put a Ninjago party together! Take a look at these great Ninjago inspirations... (Click on the photo to see the whole party.)
{DIY} Monogrammed Mugs
I found these monogrammed mugs on Design Mom and had to share. If you are looking for a cheap and easy favor idea, head to goodwill, find some mismatched mugs, and start monogramming or designing.
All you need to make these are: a pair of scissors, a pen, tape, graphite transfer paper, a Black Pebeo Porcelaine Pen in Fine Point available at Amazon or Michael's, and a print out of your guests' initials (or any other design you want to copy).
FREE July 4th Party Printables from Frog Prince Paperie
Paula from Frog Prince Paperie is not only a superstar designer, but has been a friend since the beginning of Catch My Party. You can only imagine how excited I was when she agreed to design a set of July 4th printables exclusively for us! Thank you, Paula.
This "Celebrate America" vintage collection includes: 2" party circles, 4" party circles, tented cards, straw flags, an 8x10" welcome sign, favor tags, and my personal favorite... paper chains to add a fun touch to your decor.
{DIY} How to Make Washi Tape Twist Ties
I saw a tutorial on Corrina Wraps on how to make washi tape twist ties and had to try it. Turns they are super easy, you can finish them in minutes, and what a great way to tie up gift and favors. I will definitely be doing this in the future.
