Wow, what a cool collection of holiday party printables!

Lisa from Lisa Marie Invitations and Design created this collection with a "70's vibe" in mind. I love these retro patterns, and not only are there so many colors to choose from, but you can add your own text into the editable text fields before printing them out. What a way to give your party that polished personal touch!

I've always loved Christmas cookie exchange parties. I think asking your guests to bring over their favorite batch of cookies and putting them out for everyone to share feels very "season of giving" to me.

I've been meaning to post this for a while... Here are the items in my party toolkit that I couldn't live without. I'm dying to know what is in yours, so please comment at the end of this post.

Many of you know Bird of Bird's Party. She is a definite taste-maker when it comes to parties and printables.

How excited was I, when she agreed to design a free holiday printables collection exclusively for us! Take a look at this adorable "Rudolph" collection which includes: an invitation with type-in fields, party circles, tented cards with type-in fields,  favor tags, straw flags, a "Merry Christmas" banner, and a kids' activity sheet.

I've been so inspired reading about Chris Nease's work with Operation Shower on her blog, that I had to call her up personally to talk to her about it. Chris is the creative mind behind Celebrations at Home, one of my must-read party and entertainment blogs.

Operation Shower is a nonprofit organization that throws baby showers for pregnant or expecting military families. Chris has helped coordinate two showers for them in the DC area along with Amy Belle Isle from Stem Parties, who is Chief Event Organizer. The latest shower was held in October at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center and boy did they do a great job!
