When I see a new trend showing up on our site, especially one that's so beautiful, I have to share it right away. So here's my first trend spotting for 2015. Introducing... decorated stacked cookies. Aren't they gorgeous?!

Most of the ones we're seeing are simple sugar cookies or shortbread cookies, and sandwiched between them is pretty frosting.
