Here’s a treat you can make in minutes and your family will be so thankful! I find sweet and salty desserts to be my favorite, and this is no exception. You’ve got crunchy Teddy Grahams, salty pretzel sticks, marshmallows, and white and dark chocolate.

Can you say delicious? Plus, you make it the microwave!

Salty and Sweet S’mores Snack Mix Recipe

What you need:

  • Chocolate & Vanilla Teddy Grahams
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Triple chocolate chips
  • Ultra Thin pretzel sticks
  • 1 baking bar semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 baking bar white chocolate
  • Cookie sheet
  • Wax paper or parchment paper
  • Microwavable bowls
  • Spoons for drizzling

Directions:

Step 1

Place wax paper onto a cookie sheet. Cover the cookie sheet with a mix of the vanilla and chocolate Teddy Grahams.

Step 2

Layer the Teddy Grahams with mini marshmallows, ultra thin pretzel sticks and the triple chocolate chips.

Step 3

Melt both the white chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate baking bars in the microwave in 30 second intervals until melted. Do not overheat, the chocolate can burn. Drizzle both chocolates over the s’mores snack mix. You can choose to use all semi-sweet chocolate and omit the white chocolate, too!

Step 4

Place the cookie sheet in the fridge until the chocolate gets hard.

Remove from fridge and break up the snack mix with your hands.
