The BEST Way to Make Your Own Easy Unicorn Headband Craft

What you need:

• Headband
• Ribbon (we used gold)
• White felt
• Colored felt
• Scissors
• Hot glue
• Filler
• Free unicorn horn template

Directions:

Step 1:

• Start off by creating the unicorn horn.
• Trace the unicorn horn template onto white felt.
• Roll and fold the edges together to form the unicorn horn; hot glue the edges together.
• Stuff the horn with filler.
• Cut out the circle bottom to the horn on the template and trace it onto the white felt and set aside.

Step 2:

• Using the ribbon, wrap around your headband.
• First, glue one end of the ribbon in place and begin wrapping around the headband.
• Every few wraps, glue the ribbon into place.
• Trim off any excess ribbon and set aside.

Step 3:

• Make the mini pom pom flowers.
• Cut small 1”x3” rectangles out of the colored felt.
• Using scissors, cut small slits all down one side of the rectangle. Do not cut all the way across.
• Roll the rectangle lengthwise, hot gluing into place as you roll to create each flower.

Step 4:

• Place the horn on the center of the headband and hot glue the round circle (that is the same size as the base of the horn) onto the bottom of the horn, sandwiching the headband in between.
• Starting at the base of the horn, wrap the ribbon around the horn and glue into place.

Step 5:

• Glue the mini felt flowers around the base of the unicorn horn.
• Cut out the white felt ears using the template and glue on both sides of the unicorn horn.
