The COOP is a cool modern playspace in Los Angeles that not only entertains kids, but doesn't forget the parent (can you say "cappuccino bar"?).

If you read my Facebook page you know I'm always showing off circle fan rosette backdrops. What I love about them is they're easy to make (you just fold paper like a fan and pinch in the middle, then attach a couple fans together) and they add dimension to a wall or dessert table. Here are some of my favorite circle fan rosettes from our site.

When I saw these gorgeous crepe paper pomanders Brittany from Grey Grey Designs made for her Diamonds and Damask Engagement Party, I fell in love.

What a great way to make a statement at a party.  And the best part is, they're something new.  You might have seen pomanders made with real flowers, but I bet not like this!

Now that Catch My Party is off and running, I thought it was time I got some half-way-decent photos taken of me. There are so many places I need to add a photo (like our own site), and I never seem to have one I like.

While my husband is wonderful in many ways, he takes the most unflattering photographs.
