These are real frosting sheets! Not wafer paper which does NOT melt into the frosting like frosting sheets do. All frosting and ink ingredients are FDA approved, all materials that come in contact with the edible portion of the product, backing paper, ink cartridges, cartridge filling and printer rollers, are FDA approved.

Samples include cookies created for my children that include Buzz Lightyear, Skylanders, Ninjago, Sesame Street and others to show off the colors. You are not limited to these, like I said, SKY IS THE LIMIT for YOUR PERSONAL USE ONLY!

WHAT TYPE OF PHOTOS CAN I SEND?

Any photo that you feel would make your loved one happy! I will create a circle out of it and then put a special message as you like.

That being said, the larger, high quality photo you can send, the better the results as my machine is very similar to a photo printer. You will see a proof before I print.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE FROSTING SHEETS?

1 year. Be sure to keep the Frosting Sheets in their Zip Lock air tight bag, otherwise they will dry out and become brittle and unusable.

PLEASE NOTE ALL EDIBLE SHEETS MAY NEED TRIMMING to be placed on cakes. Use clean scissors. If your sheets seem brittle when you go to cut… boil water and let them be revived with the steam. Happens a lot in dry air and especially in cold/dry air. In the winter time edible sheets are prone to this. Boil water and steam your sheet:-)

WHAT TYPES AND BRANDS OF FROSTING WORK WITH THESE FROSTING SHEETS?

Fresh Buttercream or Non-Dairy topping, Fondant, Marzipan, even Ice Cream are the best. It is recommended that you do not put the Frosting Sheets directly on a high moisture base, such as whipped creams. You may fill cakes with whipped cream, but use a thin layer of buttercream under the actual Frosting Sheet You may use hard frostings, such as Royal Icing, Marzipan, etc., but you should also put a very thin coating of a buttercream, piping jelly, or at least a fine mist water spray so the the Frosting sheet will adhere to the surface.

WILL I SEE A PROOF?

YES! I will send you a proof before I print and upon approval I will ship your frosting sheet to you.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR LARGE ORDERS?

Yes. If you are holding a special event for yourself, a business or a client I can handle large request. I have worked with realtors for OPEN HOUSE cookies, new companies for MARKETING COOKIES and schools for END OF THE YEAR and FUNDRAISER COOKIES. Please contact me to discuss.

DO YOU TAKE RETURNS?

We take pride in our products but cannot accept returns due to health reasons. Please review your proof for all grammar, spelling and design accuracy. In addition, we will match colors as close as possible, but edible inks are NOT as exact as photo printing. We will replace any product that arrives damaged to your original shipping address, and require that you contact us within seven days of receiving a damaged order. Please forward photos of the damaged item to pege [!at] neverforgottendesigns.com, and also send a claim directly to the shipper. We are not responsible for products that are returned due to a wrong address, returned as undeliverable, or forwarded from the first delivery attempt.
