Vintage Travel Bridal Shower

A fun vintage travel Bridal Shower that was delicate and creative. Muted blues, peach, and lace table cloths, heart map confetti, centerpieces from different destinations around the world, vintage postcard invitations, and themed food were the highlights of this party.

• What People Ate

  The menu consisted of egg rolls, gyoza, mini tea sandwiches, cocktail weenies, chips and salsa, and fresh berries.

• What People Drank

  We planned on having tea, but the hot weather didn't allow it. Luckily, we also had an Italian Soda Bar and that was a huge hit with the guests.

• Desserts

  French Butter Madeleines, Chocolate Pirouettes, Hawaiian Coconut Bars, and Pineapple Cookies.

• Activities / Games

  Wedding Traditions from Around the World, Pass the Book (I read a personalized poem out loud with instructions to pass a vintage book around and wherever it landed on the last line, the person won a prize), and Etiquette 911 (the guests had to come up with solutions to various wedding disasters).
