Party Recap

This Hot Air Balloon Baby shower was set up for a good friend of ours Jennifer, who is having a little girl called Sky. We wanted to create a beautiful and whimsical look – and I think we have done just that.
She was amazed and so very happy with the result…
Decor:
The colour scheme is coral and Teal, which is a beautiful combination.
We created the backdrop with fabric we bought from a local fabric store. We made tissue paper pom poms in white to act as clouds. Our pink fabric garland is hand-made – it came out beautifully.
The printables make the party and they include Cupcake toppers, Cupcake wrappers, “it’s a girl” Banner, Thank you favors, Food labels and so much more! All digital design elements can be printed on a home PC printer and handmade. This makes the party unique and still affordable and best of all you can do it yourself.
This party took just over a week to prepare for with cutting out the party printables to sewing banners and making the garland.
Food:
We wanted beautiful food for a beautiful affair. We tried to get all the food items to be pastel colours to suit the theme. We used Cotton Candy, marshmallows, a local sweet called faces and local iced biscuits.
Our Party Favour was the cutest iced Hot Air Balloon cookie wrapped in cellophane and tied with a pretty pink ribbon. We tied SunshineParties thank you tags on each cookie, and guests were asked to take one home as a thank you.
