Party Recap

I threw this baby shower for my wonderful sister in law. I was so excited since I am finally getting to have a nephew!! My sister in law and brother love everything vintage and since they went with a vintage theme for the nursery I thought, "why not do a vintege plane shower to go with the nursery?" I loved all the details about it especially since I got to use a lot of the vintage items my brother and sister in law already have! The background for the dessert table was my favorite. I wanted to do the map but wanted something different so I had the baby's name and plane customed made just for the background! It came out amazing! : )

Hello Angela! Well I'm so glad you decided to go with that theme! It's great for a baby shower! I got my printables from an etsy shop called "announcing you". Just go to etsy.com and type in the shop name on the search box. They also have a wonderful invitation to go along with it. The pprintables have a white background but to go better with the "vintage" theme I bought a tan colored cardstock from Archivers (my local scrapbooking store) along with matching envelopes and I also took it to my local print store to print. Honestly, doing that gives you better quality and it's cheaper than buying ink for your printer! Hope this helped! Good luck with your sisters party!

Can I ask what template you used to make the baby wishes? I am doing an airplane themed shower and the baby wishes would go great with my theme. Thanks!

Hi there Carla! thanks for writing! I got an email on my phone saying that you wrote me but I couldn't respond from my phone. FB is always easier for some reason. I got all the printables for the party from a shop on Etsy.com called announcing you. They also had a matching invitation. I got my paper from Archivers and used a vintage colored one to get the "old" look even better! Hope that helps! : ) Erika Sandoval https://www.etsy.com/transaction/133721784
