This year we wanted to do a very happy and colorful theme.
Our daughters, Anais and Sophia, whom are 10 and 4 years old respectively, have taken an interest in painting with watercolors and pencils. So, we decided to have an art party!
The first thing I designed was the invitation and from there, I drew the inspiration for everything else. Our daughters wanted a combination of pastel and neon colors, thus, the entire theme has very vibrant colors.
The cookies and cupcakes were done using a pastel colors palette, while the main cake was done using more vibrant hues.
We also had our french square plastic bottles filled with various colors of Gatorade, topped with our paper straws and coordinating flags. They were a hit with the kids!
There was also some very delicious BBQ and salads (Thanks Hubby!)
Everything came together very nicely but most importantly, our daughters had a very good time, along with all their friends.
A PRINTABLE KIT is available in my shop. Includes the invitation, banner, place cards & much more!
