Party Recap

Annabelle LOVES animals, especially pigs. We hosted a party at our local fair grounds park/pavillion with the cutest little traveling petting zoo. The baby piglets and adorable alpaca stole the show. We had a very light lunch, meat free at Annabelle's request. The dessert table made up for it. We set it up as a farmhouse Bakery. We had a layered cake with fresh cherries, pig and modern black and white barn cookies, mini hand pies and three kind of homemade cupcakes. The colors were kept very clean and modern in mostly black and white, using some loose gingham pattern. Lots of vintage elements mixed with naturals like wood, grass and metals were used for the vintage-modern style of this party. The kids had the best time feeding and petting animals and visiting the Farm "Bakery" for treats.
