Farmhouse 4th of July

It was a Farmhouse 4th, at the "Matthew Root Barber House" (c.1854, Martinez CA), home of @alhambravalleysoaps. And boy did we have oh so much fun creating a new take on the traditional 4th of July BBQ, comfortably elevating the occasion to an intimate wine and cheese soiree with girlfriends.

Rosé, White and Blue! We were so grateful to have McBride Sisters as our wine partner, for this styled shoot. They are a black owned wine company, who are making waves in the wine industry and beyond.

Individual cheese boards and amazing @mcbridesisters wine was served on a vintage european tasting table, made specifically for wine and cheese tastings. The Spotted Cow, a local vintage shop, provided so many incredible vintage pieces; american flag, pickle jar vases, and beyond- made all the details that much more special. Monochromatic balloons and blooms adjourned the farmhouse, the most darling mobile beverage cart and of course, the carriage house.
