Doctor Who Arts and Crafts Party

This was my first time planning a children's birthday party. We celebrated at Michaels art supply store in their party/class room. The birthday girl loves Doctor Who and asked if it could be the theme of her party. She also loves doing arts and crafts projects. That's when I went to work digging through the internet to find many different projects to occupy the children's time.
