DIY Painted Planters
Today I'm sharing cool geometric DIY Painted Planters from Kristen and Missy from Sweetly Chic Events & Designs. We just got our front porch repainted and these would look awesome on it!
With spring on the horizon, we thought this would be the perfect time to create some fabulous painted planters for all our upcoming floral displays.
Spring Paper Flower Wreath DIY
I wanted to make a wreath with pretty spring flowers, but I didn't want to use silk flowers, and real flowers would never last, so I decided to make my own flowers out of scrapbooking paper.
Rubber Band Frosted DIY Vase
I love fresh flowers! Having them in my house makes me sooooo happy! And now that all the spring flowers are blooming, I thought I'd make a pretty vase so I can have a great way to display them (like the tulips that are exploding around me). The vase was so simple to do, it took about 15 minutes, and I love how it turns out!

{DIY} How to Make a Paper Flower Backdrop
I had to share this paper flower backdrop tutorial created by Ellinée because I think it is so beautiful and original. I love the 3D nature of it. How amazing would this look behind a dessert table!
The tutorial comes with the paper flower garland templates and instructions. You just need to download the templates, cut out the flowers, attach the flowers to baker's twine using an embroidery needle, and tie the twine to a pretty branch.
