STANDARD COMMERCIAL LICENSE. This applies for all 10 textures in ONE single set, OR one full set of purchased clipart, digital papers, fairy wings, photoshop brushes or snow globes.
+ You cannot create Digital Papers, Cards, Invitations, Overlays, Prints, or Marketing material which you will re-sell to the public with my textures or graphics without a commercial licence.
⭐ This licence WILL NOT cover the use of my textures in printed backdrops, to re sell to the public. ⭐
You will need to contact me to discuss a written contract. I usually take 10% - 20% per sale of Backdrops created with my designs.
+ A commercial licence covers one set of 10 textures only, or one purchased graphics / brushes listing. If you want to cover more than one set of textures or graphics, eg. You have purchased a four texture sets bundle and want to use them all, you will need to buy FOUR commercial licences to cover 40 textures.
+ This licence does not include the texture set or graphics set you wish to use commercially. You must purchase that separately.

Items purchased under the Standard License may be used to create End Products for Sale where lifetime sales of the End Product for Sale do not exceed 200 units.

***TERMS OF USE***
End Products must be significantly different than the original Item and require time, effort, and skill to produce.
End Products must not be used or sold in a way that is directly competitive with the original Item you purchased.
End Products that are being re sold as digital items must have no more than 40% of the original file visible. For example, you must blend the overlays, textures or backgrounds into your finished art work, incorporated with other digital art or photography.
End Products must not redistribute the original Item to any third parties in a manner that allows for the extraction of the original Item.
You cannot re sell or re distribute my textures as a digital or physical product, re packaged or sold in their original condition.
A purchased Item may be used in one Project. If you wish to use the textures in multiple projects, you will need to purchase multiple licences.
You may not register as a trademark the Item made using my Texture or the end product incorporating the Item — not even logos.
You will not be purchasing exclusive commercial rights to the product. If someone else chooses to buy an extended license for this product and make similar items, they can.
This License is not transferable and not refundable.
This is a license for small commercial use and does not give the right to high volume commercial production. This is not an extended quantity license This license allows for up to a maximum of 200 units.
If you do not purchase this license you must credit with direct links to ATP Textures in all your products and designs. You must also pay 40% commission to ATP Textures on the commercial sale price of any and all products you profit from which use my graphics.
This license is for the use of products without credit.
If you wish to use the textures or overlays for projects larger than 200 units please consider an EXTENDED Licence.
