COMMERCIAL LICENSE. This applies to Printable faery wings in ONE single set.
+ Without a commercial licence, you cannot create Fairy wings, Doll wings, Sell Editing Services using my overlays to the public ( different to using the overlays in your personal work ), Prints, Backdrops, Digital Backgrounds or Marketing material which you will re-sell to the public with my graphics.
+ A commercial licence covers one set of Printable, Svg or Overlay Wings only. If you want to cover more than one set of wings, you will need to buy multiple commercial licences to cover the new sets. ( If you purchase a bundle of wings which has 4 sets included, you need 4 licences for each set. )
+ This licence Does not include the Printable wings, PNG wings, or Graphics set you wish to use commercially. You MUST purchase that separately.

Items purchased under the Standard License may be used to create End Products for Sale where lifetime sales of the End Product for Sale do not exceed 200 units.

End Products must be significantly different than the original Item and require time, effort, and skill to produce.
End Products must not be used or sold in a way that is directly competitive with the original Item you purchased. Eg. As a digital Product. Printed, physical wings are fine!
End Products must not redistribute the original digital item to any third parties in a manner that allows for the extraction of the original Item.
You cannot re sell or re distribute my printable or digital overlay wings as a digital or physical product, re packaged or sold in their original condition, eg. Printed on A4 sheets and re sold as your work.
A purchased Item may be used in multiple projects, but if you choose to buy another set of printable wings, you will need to purchase multiple licences.
You may not register as a trademark the Item made using my wings or the end product incorporating the Item — not even logos.
You will not be purchasing exclusive commercial rights to the product. If someone else chooses to buy an extended license for this product and make similar items, they can.
This License is not transferable and not refundable.
** The Printable Wing sets displayed in this listing are samples only. You are not purchasing the sets, you are purchasing the Licence ONLY. **
This is a license for small commercial use and does not give the right to high volume commercial production. This is not an extended quantity license This license allows for up to a maximum of 200 units.
If you do not purchase this license you must credit and pay All Things Precious for all your products and designs. This license is for the use of products without credit.
If you wish to use the wings for projects larger than 200 units please consider an EXTENDED Licence.
