These come with 24 Printable 2" round tags in 4 different colored hair on the mermaids - 12 of the cake toppers have Happy Birthday on them, these can be used as cupcake toppers, just stick a lollipop stick on the back and poke into the Cupcake.

Just cut them out - If you have an XL 2" round paper punch then this will make it easier to cut the circles out, If using as favor tags or gift tags, then punch a hole in them with a hole punch, thread some ribbon and tie to your gift.

Remember when printing, to print at 100% and not scaling to fit, this will ensure the circles stay the right size. (2 inches)
