More about me
In my teens and twenties, I called myself crafty, but life happened in the blink of the eye! Now I express my creativity in the form of cooking colorful, healthy meals for my family, doing art projects with my three children, and sewing projects for friends and acquaintances! Our three children have birthdays within a month of each other, so we throw one birthday bash for all of them and celebrate with our extended families! This is my chance to be creative with food and decor based on a theme. I love to work with my hands and strive to be resourceful and frugal. Keeping in mind that I only have to throw one birthday party a year, I find it rewarding and worthwhile to dedicate extra time towards planning and making a party come together from scratch! And, as my children get older, they enjoy the process and add their personal crafting touches, which builds their anticipation for the event even more!
