I made them on photoshop. I can do for $10 (you would still need to print on your own) without the '____the explorer' and for $10 make the explorer sign and add to invite and send you a separate file so you can make stickers, etc with it. You can email me at [email protected] if you are interested in these or the large cut outs (or anything else)
