Women Empowerment Baby Shower

It was a rainy day in March at the Claremont Women's Club, soft piano music wafted through the large windows. Beautiful balloons in the shape of clouds suspended from the ceiling alongside the chandeliers and cascades of flowers draped themselves along the tables in the middle of the large, elegant room. Each table had quotes from powerful women such as Coco Chanel and Selena Quintanilla. The sweets table had portraits of powerful women alongside a showstopper 3-tiered cake. The guests snacked on cheeses and sangria, pasta and fried chicken. It was a little bit of the South in California.
