With Love launch elopement weddings in tropical style

For With Love Elopements to launch their newly rebranded business and expansion into stunning Far North Queensland, they made it a true celebration, launching in luxe tropical style with an incredible beachfront party in Palm Cove.

Hosted on the beach outside the breathtaking Nu Nu Restaurant, this dreamy launch event was all about celebrating new beginnings in the most perfect way.

"Set right on the shores of Palm Cove, we created a long table beach dining experience, where guests could dine with their feet in the sand, beneath festoon lights that twinkled above.

We embraced a luxe tropical theme infused with playful, personal touches that reflected our brand’s personality."
Our styling palette including striking shades of soft pink and gold.

Highlights included:

- Statement gold pineapples placed along the tablescape, along with gold candles, gold charger plates and gold cutlery bringing luxury to the stunning beach setting.

- A lush tropical fresh floral centrepiece — with orchids, reflexed roses and vibrant natives, adding colour and personality.

- Custom menus and signage carried a cheeky ‘Let’s…’ theme — like Let’s Feast, Let’s Drink, and Let’s Celebrate — tying everything together with a playful twist.

- Gold palm tree napkin holders and bottle openers for guests to keep, perfectly representing beautiful Palm Cove and its breath-taking Palm Beach.

- Personalised place cards doubling as coasters, stamped with a fun tagline for the event, with a nod to the local wildlife: “Let’s celebrate and get as wild as the crocs!”

These fun design moments not only perfectly reflected the tropical location and Palm tree lined beach, but also allowed Jamie and Cara's personalities as celebrating Celebrants (and party lovers) to shine through.

A Stylish Welcome & Photo Moment - Guests were greeted with tropical welcome drinks and invited to mingle under the palms before a stylish twist on the traditional group photo. Inspired by Slim Aarons’ iconic poolside images.

"We captured a semi-posed, lifestyle-style photo of our guests mid-mingle around the pool, with the palm trees and the ocean in the backdrop.

As the sun set, we were seated for dinner under the festoon lights and the stars. The beachside service by Nu Nu’s team was exceptional, and the evening flowed with laughter, fine food, and toasts to new chapters.

We also took a moment to share a speech reflecting on our love for Tropical North Queensland — a destination that perfectly matches our passion for laid-back, love-filled celebrations.

The event marked not just the launch of our new name, but a whole new era of 'With Love Elopements', expanding our elopement wedding celebrant services to include destination weddings at the palm-fringed beaches of Far North QLD.

This was more than just a party — it was a styled celebration that embodied everything we love about what we do: meaningful connections, intentional design, creating incredible memories and moments that sparkle (literally and metaphorically)."
