Where The Wild Things Are

This party was to celebrate Theo's first birthday. We gathered his friends and family for a "Where The Wild Things Are" themed Wild One. The tables were decorated with lanterns and images paying homage to the classic book. We incorporated a forest feel with lush ferns on the tables (that served as favors to some very important people in his life). We had Flash & Frame provide a photobooth, which was a MAJOR hit with the kids. The dessert buffet was also in theme, pulling in lots of rustic wood accents, but also a regal feel with the gold. A balloon garland complete with monstera leaf accents topped this display. Cake and cupcakes were deliciously created by Cakery Arts. The classic book was the guestbook for this party, too!
