Party Recap

Oh the places he’ll go… I couldn’t contain my excitement when I heard that one of my close childhood friends was expecting a baby boy! I was offered the opportunity to decorate for her baby shower and I knew just the idea… a vintage hot air balloon party.

Up, up, and away… A combination of vintage suitcases, hot air balloon center pieces, colorful striped straws, and banners are tastefully accented by a rustic barn wood backdrop, drawing attention to a rich hot air balloon cake and a display of scrumptious treats. When light fluffy clouds meet chocolate and vanilla cupcakes, it’s a match made in heaven!

Hot air balloon party favors and coordinating coloring sheets kept the children entertained while the adults celebrated the expectant mother. A party wouldn’t be complete without a guest book as a treasured keepsake. A hot air balloon with the guests fingerprints and their signatures served as a loving memory of all the family and friends who came to celebrate this special occasion.
