Hi. Love everything about this party! I have a couple of questions. Did the kids put on their custom shirts at the party or were they take home? Where did you get the plates and napkins? Did you allow the kids to eat before, after or during the game trucks visit? When did you allow for face painting? Sorry for all the questions. I’m always interested in the flow of an event. Thx!

Hi Tonya! Thank you! This party was a lot of fun to do! I'll post more pictures soon! 1. The birthday boy, parents, grandparents, and siblings wore their t-shirts. The birthday boy gave tees to each gamer as a party favor as they were leaving. 2. The party plates and napkins were purchase from Stesha Party on Etsy! 3. The children did not eat before the game truck arrival. The timeline of the start of the party to the arrival of the game truck allowed for all of the gamers to arrive before the Game Truck doors were open. There were lots of goodies on the tables and lots for the children to admire while socializing to keep them occupied prior to the Game Truck's arrival. Once the game truck arrived, the game truck attendant and hostess agreed on a Energy Booster Break timeline- During that time children were allowed to indulged in the 5 tiered pizza bar, and popcorn bar. Thereafter, about a hour later there was the Power Up break. During that time the children sang happy birthday, over indulged in the candy bar and dessert table. (Needless to say theses gamers were POWERED UP by that time, literally!) The party kicked off at 2:30pm, the game truck Play start time was 4pm. 4. Jolie Faces (face painter) arrived at 3pm. This timeline allowed for the gamers to get their face painted as guest arrived and kept the line moving. Jolie Faces was booked for one hour. By 4pm all the gamers had arrived and all their faces were painted. Game time was in overdrive mode! At 4:45pm the gamers took their energy booster break, the break was 30-40 minutes. It was the gamer's choice to go back in 30 minutes or less or continue to eat. 5:30pm the gamers were gathered again to sing happy birthday to the birthday boy and was invited to help themselves to the candy bar, and the hostess and a party helper dished out the sweet goodies from the dessert table. The Game Truck attendant was invited to participate and eat in the birthday celebrations as well. It was totally up to each gamer to take the break, however long of a break they took was up to them. The game truck wrapped up at 6:30pm. The party continued with a Balloon Pin and Pop Off contest. All of the balloon walls were moved outside, and all of the older children were give a "pop off pin" with safety instruction (of course) and Tada all the balloons walls were gone! By 6:55pm all the gamers were gone! So much fun!

Hi. I have more questions if you do not mind. What activities did the kids do other than face painting before the truck arrived? Also, was the balloon simply to get rid of the balloons or that a real “thing”/game? Where did you get the stuffed, I believe sneaker and game controller? Do coordinate parties long distance? Looking forward to the additional photos :-)

Hello! TH, thank you for the kind compliment! The backdrop- organic balloon wall was created by our team. The round poster was created by www.cardboardstandees.com, you'll need a high quality picture that meet the requirements. The t-shirts were design by Wild Orchid Celebrations and heat pressed one of our local t-shirt companies. You can get the cups done with several stores on Etsy! The confetti was custom cut by another shop on Etsy. The buttons that added to our confetti are from Distinct Design Unlimited, and the confetti, cake topper, cupcake toppers were designed by Wild Orchid Celebration and done by Jessica J Creates. Jessica is amazing to work with and can do anything given the proper timeline! Good luck with your event!

Hi Tonya T! If scheduled properly there really shouldn't be much time for anything else. But, the children all had Rubiks Cubes and we had a Rubiks Cube challenge… we also had glow rings, etc. so the children had a lot of fun with the lights, the entire room was done in balloon walls which added a nice backdrop for photo booth fun! I usually make the balloon pop a real thing game. lol (for older children) Its a great way to have children burn off the sugar, get rid of the balloons, and is a lot of fun for adults and kids alike! The game controller and sneaker were purchased at Target. But, there are many choices of gaming pillows and sneakers around and about… 5 Below, and lots of other stores have gaming pillows and accessories. Yes, if time permits we travel. We like to start planning 6-3 months out. Our calendar for 2019 is filling up fast so reach out soon! ;)

Hi! I am wondering where you got the animation invitation made? Also on the card board cut, how were you able to get the circular cut out? I could not find that option on the site.
