Victoria got to celebrate her 2nd birthday with a beautiful outdoor party with all her friends and family on a GORGEOUS fall day in Houston, TX. The theme was "Bubbles", perfect for a toddler. The colors were very vibrant and fun and all the food corresponded to the theme.
