Under the Sea

This table seriously could have just jumped right out of the sea! From ‘dinglehopper’ utensils to the hand-painted watercolor cake, this table was nothing shy of ‘fintastic’ and Daniel Grove of Daniel Grove Photography brilliantly captured it all!

The hand painted, 2-tiered beauty of a cake was perfectly designed and crafted by 2 Tarts Bakery. This gorgeous centerpiece was sweetly complimented by seashell cupcakes and some delicious french macarons to match our mermaid princess color scheme! And of course they added a few sprinkles of gold flecks and brown sugar ‘sand’ for a dash of ocean glam!

The minimalistic, wooden backdrop and seaweed frame was custom created by the designers at Once Upon A Party. Pearls were the overall motif to make for some bubbly elegance and they used them for the finishing touches on the table! But really, can you have a mermaid party without a perch for a princess? Their custom built mermaid rock was the perfect spot for a little tea time with our special mermaid guest (also provided by Once Upon A Party) and her new friends!

All in all, this sweets table no doubt makes a splash and we think any little mermaid (or big...who says adults can’t be mermaids?!) would ‘flip their fins’ to party in such style!

PS - Aren’t the two little ones just simply ADORABLE in their mermaid outfits?! Definitely ready for a party under the sea!
