Tutti Fruity Party

Who else loves fruit?! I do! A fruit party is a great theme for anytime of year, especially summertime. Today, I’m sharing a few of my tips for a fruit themed event.

Tip 1:
I recommend using fresh fruit. It doubles as food and decor, win win!

Tip 2:
DIY pineapple vase

Step 1:
Cut the top of the pineapple off. Save to use for a cake topper or on a fruit tray!
Step 2:
Carefully using a knife, begin cutting out the pineapple. Leave enough space so you don’t cut through the outside. Once it is cut, use a spoon to scoop out the fruit. Serve it to guests or freeze it for smoothies.
Step 3:
Place a glass or jar to hold your flowers inside the pineapple. Fill the glass with water and add your flowers.

Tip 3:
Add mylar fruit balloons into a balloon garland. This really takes a garland to the next level.

Tip 4:
Use cake stands to add dimension and display fruit/desserts.
