Tropical Palm Tablescape

I am huge fan of anything tropical. Whether it’s summer or winter, I am always drawn to palms haha. My inspiration came from a vision of hanging palm leaves from my chandelier.

This tablescape is simple and perfect for summer entertaining. My number one tip for entertaining is to check what you already have on hand before purchasing anything new … and (okay 2 tips) if you see something at the store that is on sale, make sure to pick it up! I actually purchased the monstera placemats months ago because it was such a great deal.

We have mini palms in our garden. I always cut a few leaves from it (that’s where all of the palms shown are from). Whole Foods usually has palm leaves and you can always order them from your local florist.

Since the place mats are fairly large, I decided to keep my center pice really simple. I placed a mini pineapple and a few palm leaves into a small vase.

Each table setting had a monstera place mat, white dinner plate, bamboo flatware, pink pressed glass, paper napkin and a fresh-cut orchid.
