Party Recap
After seeing Disney's "Moana" for the first time, my niece immediately requested a Moana party for her birthday. To keep it budget-friendly we used an ocean painting I already owned as a backdrop with a tropical balloon garland made with paper hibiscus and tropical leaves, a DIY Moana sail with supplies I had, and pineapples, conch shell, and coconut Kakamora for little touches.
Party Highlights
-
What People Ate
Guests enjoyed cupcakes, Heart of Te Fiti cookies, "shiny" ocean jello, and fresh fruit.
-
Activities / Games
Kids played Limbo to music from the Moana soundtrack, made oceans in a bottle, and played "Pin the nose on Pua".
