Months ago wanting to find a reason to throw a party… since all of our birthdays fall on top of each other in the Spring, my friend and coworker suggested this theme. Insert months of planning, working with some of my favorite small shops, and securing an outdoor movie set up… and teetering on cancelling it because of the hurricane weather… we survived and had beautiful weather for the movie. It was definitely touch and go while we set up with balloons that kept detaching and blowing away, wood DIYs getting wet, lockers that blew over and had to be anchored, and a whole lot more!

The real award goes to my hubby for spending hours setting up and taking down and a DIY concession stand! I love that he embraces my crazy!

  Pizza, Girl Scout cookies, themed cookies, macroons, and an open concession stand of popcorn and candy!

  Evian water of course! Had to go with the theme
