were did you get this made?

I just cut an oversized "5" and a "0" out of foam core and covered it in b/w xerox copies of my favorite photo's of my husband. Trimmed off the excess parts of the pictures and hung it up. Super simple. Just know you'll need like 75 pictures or so. Thanks.

Hi Asia, If you go back and era the previous comments, you'll read that I cut the oversized numbers out of foam core. Adhesive? I just used scrapbooking adhesive I had on hand. Thanks!

Ok thank you, wasnt sure if you used some sort of stencil. I dont think i could cut out a nice 5&0 lol thanks again.

Asia, I just enlarged numbers I printed off my computer to give me a template. Hope this helps.

Hi @Unforgettably Sweet. I completely apologize for not responding sooner. We had a VERY difficult holiday season with my mother in ICU through Thanksgiving until 1 week before Christmas. So I haven't even really been on the computer. This container is just something I picked up at the Hobby Lobby. I'm sorry I can't provide a better description.

The largest size foam core at hobby lobby is 36x48. I max'd the height as close to 48" as possible.

With what did you attach the #'s to the wall? Wanting to put up in a hotel reception room and can't use thumb tacks.

Hi Sigrid. I actually used fishing line and strung it up to the ceiling with a thumb tack for ea. We have a bead board ceiling with moulding all the way around. BUT, 3M Command Hooks (smooth walls ) are your best friend when you cannot use a thumb tack. They really do come off without wall damage.

I printed the numbers as big as I could, and using my overhead projector, I enlarged them onto the foam core.

Very good. Don't have an overhead projector. Hope I can do a great job like yours.

Instead of an overlay, trace the numbers onto a large ziplock back Maybe you could go to a local school and see if you could just borrow one for a few minutes. (FYI) I also used the large 36 x 48 foam board from Hobby Lobby and maxed the size on the board. Good Luck. I'm sure it's going to be great! These were definitely a hit!!

How did you make the pictures in the same size as well as stick to the foam? Did you spray adhesive?

Hi Dawn, The picture 'overhang' was trimmed off after I applied them to the numbers. And I used double back tape. =)

What is the name of the silver diamond thing you have under the candle centerpieces and where can I buy something like that thank you so much btw super cute party great job

Hi Annette, That stuff is called Diamond plate aluminum plate. I was able to get it at a sheet metal shop. Happy hunting!!
