Party Recap
This was a birthday party for my daughter when she turned 8 in 2011. She was BIG into Harry Potter at the time and since her birthday is early November kids are still eager to dress up. So we turned our house into a version of Hogwarts. The kids and adults were invited to dress up as any character from the Harry Potter world. The few adults that dressed up went all out! From the cake and cupcakes, down to the smallest decoration, the house was transformed. At the end of the night when kids were super hyped up we just took them all in the backyard to play a little game of "Harry, Harry, Ron" (aka Duck, Duck, Goose).
The cake and cupcakes were made by a local baker friend. All decorations were made by myself with the help of my Mom. The printable tags and signs were found online for free.
