Have you ever been to the Beverly Hills Hotel?! Okay... this way better! Step into the world flamingos, beach balls, cotton candy drinks and pool fun!

We had so much fun putting ideas together for our client who was turning 9 and requested a Luau Party! We wanted the guest to feel like they were in a resort with endless options of fun! We had an open bar for the adults, great food being passed around, tattoo station, hair braiding, cotton candy cart even Kona ice was on the scene!
There were so many favor options for guest to take as their takeaway gift. However these also played a huge part in our design using them as decor. We have a cabana hut with pink stripped towels for the kids, a visor and sunglass station, a hula skirt area for dress up, wicker fans used as table setting as well as used in the party for guest to cool down, large floaties that helped tie the theme all together but also used for pool games.

It's hard to pick our favorite area of this event, truly everything in the end came out perfect. We worked extra hard on the main focal point being the black and white beach ball wall, thought it was a hassle to keep together at first, after many attempts we finally got the hang of it! After that, it was smooth sailing! That had to be the very first thing the guest would see coming into the event, it set the tone for the whole party. Everything else would flow perfectly around it. From custom covered tables tops, to custom pillows with the unique party logo to having over 10 PINK PAINTED palm trees... How can we pick a favorite element?!
