The Hippie Hoo-Rah
ByParty Recap
The Hippie Hoo-Rah was a celebration of teachers and staff at our school. We created an experience that began with the invitations that were personalized with the names of 45 different teachers, who then began trading records with each other. As the teachers entered the party, they were invited to step into our Hippie Pad to make a photo made of the occasion. The food was all 1970s food, including meatloaf and Green Goddess Dressing. The teachers enjoyed having the lights turned down, conversing and listening to a playlist of 1970s songs. But the main point was to pamper them and show them how much the parents love, admire and thank them for all the dedication they have to our children.
