Who said picnics can't be luxurious? Who said picnic have to be hosted outdoors? Get into this Tea Party themed luxury picnic indoors! I transformed this space for a sweet 5 year old girl and her best friends. They couldn't get enough of the cookies, painting, and their tea cups.
