Tea Party in Wonderland
By Ann Marie S in Birthday
Party Recap
After some rain it was a bit of a soggy Wonderland that greeted guests (much to my dismay) but of course the kids didn't care and had a ball.It was a mostly outside party and luckily we had a friend who put up a marquee at the last minute and so we had a number of undercover areas. Overall it was a great party and my daughter loved every minute of it with her friends..
Decorations: i made a lot tissue paper flowers with google eyes, a cardboard cut out Cheshire Cat (to hide the ugly aircon box on the wall), lots of colourful windmills & flamingos in the garden, spotty balloons, hanging teacup wind chime.
Table: Centrepiece - was a striped planter with fake flowers, wooden key, windmill, clock, and jumbo cards poked in. Borrowed a number of teapots and fob watches and collected fancy and tiered cake stands

Pass the Parcel And spent a lot of time playing in the trampoline which had a tent. Planned more games but ran out of time and they were happy just playing. I also had the DVD of "Alice in W' playing in loungeroom set up with cushions and little chairs in case they wanted a break, but they all mainly stayed outside.
