My MIL was born in 1952 in St. Louis, Missouri during the Swing Dance Era, so my sister-in-law, Heather Martin, and I decided to throw her a huge surprise party and bring all her family into town. So we sent her to the spa for the day and transformed her home in 4 hours into a 1950's Jazz Club!

St. Louis style ribs, beer can chicken, mac & cheese, grits, collard greens, green bean casserole. 1950's appetizers: Cheese ball platter, crab dip, pigs n blanket, deviled eggs, shrimp cocktail, chex mix, and veggie tray.
