I threw a Mario Party for my 3 year old a few weeks ago (Super Mario Bash)...And your party was AMAZING!! I wish I would have seen yours a month ago:) Love the Lifesize piranha plant and the names of your snacks, the bags, and the games.I especially loved your backdrops:) Great Job!!!

I bought artificial tulips then used white out to "paint" the tips white and put dots on them. I snipped the extra leaves just leaving two like piranha plants. I used green plastic cups with green foam, green rocks to weight them down, then green easter grass on top. Hope that helps!

I can't find the link to the pattern I used (I had to tweak it anyway). Here is another link to a tutorial that looks very similar to the one I used. My advice is to use some old felt/fabric to make a practice one and then see how it looks and change it as needed:) http://www.mumofalltrades.com/2012/01/24/mario-luigi-hats/
