Sophia’s Mermaid Party

Sophia’s Mermaid Party! We celebrated Sophia’s 6th birthday party with friends and family.

• What People Ate

  We served tacos and chile verde with rice and beans for the adults. We had pepperoni and cheese pizza for the kids.

• What People Drank

  We had juice drinks, soda and water for everyone.

• Desserts

  Every year I try to make most of the food and dessert myself. This year I made the cake and several of the desserts. We had cake, cake pops and cookies.

• Party Favors

  I had gift bags for the kids filled with bubbles, games and candy. I also made Mernaid crowns with shells that I purchased from the dollar store. The kids absolutely loved them.

• Activities / Games

  We had a bounce house in the backyard for the kids...(best idea)! The adults talked and mingled with one another. I played background music from Pandora of Disney’s Little Mermaid soundtrack.
