Sophia's Magical Mermaid 4th Birthday Pool Party

Sophia loves mermaids and swimming in her family's new pool so throwing her a mermaid pool party for her 4th birthday was a no-brainer!

The under the sea vibes were all over the space both indoors and out. From the sunken treasures sweets table to the clam shell balloon backdrop to the mermaid-inspired games-- there was no shortage of magical mermaid details.

Foods and beverages tied perfectly into the theme. Flower arrangements which look liked whimsical coral reefs were scattered around the house. A special dining area just for kids was set up in a secret alcove on the deck. Fun activities for the kids (including swimming of course) really made the party special.

Sophia loved being a mermaid at her magical 4th birthday party and had the best time with her friends and family!

  Dolphin bananas, seashell pasta salad, SANDwiches, seaweed dips, peanut butter and JellyFISH sandwiches, mermaid Jell-o, fish and chips, shark teeth and sea foam.

  Sea water, juice and more.

• Desserts

  Our sunken treasures sweets table had a little of everything including an amazing cake, lots of cookies, cupcakes, cake pops, salt water taffy, candies, and meringues.

  Favor bags with mermaid goodies and treats for the kids.

  So many activities and games! Swimming. Sensory/experimental areas with seaweed, shells, water and other sea things. Build-your-own sensory bottles. "Leave a message in the bottle" for Sophia. Mermaid photobooth with inflatable clamshell. Sandbox with buried treasures. Kiddie mermaid lounge.

  We designed most of the details for this beautiful party along with very creative mom of birthday girl (Stephanie). We did an awesome balloon backdrop, decorated and designed the sunken treasures sweets table, made a ton of coral reef-inspired floral arrangements, and made all of the posters, invitations and signage for this event. Stephanie came up with most of the games and activities and favors for the event which we absolutely loved!
