Serena's Sunny Seventh Birthday Party!

Serena had a specific vision for her 7th birthday party! She requested yellows, grays and chalkboard without a specific “theme”. We had a blast pulling her party together….here is what we came up with!

Some details to look for include:
-Stunning custom designed and created 2 tier birthday cake
-Monogrammed sugar cookies
-Ribbon baton favors (gymnastics party)

Main Dessert Table
Bright yellows, subtle greys, white and black chalkboard were the inspiration for this sunny birthday party theme. The 2 tier simple white fondant cake with beautifully handcrafter sugar flowers was certainly the highlight of the dessert table. Fun details about Serena were written displayed on a chalkboard poster behind the cake. Chocolate dipped pretzel rods, cupcakes with custom paper toppers and sugar cookies were also displayed against a yellow lattice gift wrap runner.

Children’s Tables
White linens, a bright yellow lattice gift wrap runner and 2 round floral centerpieces pulled Serena’s guest tables together. Awaiting each guest was a simple white bag adorned with a “Thank You” gift-tag containing a colorful ribbon baton favor.

Party Activities
Party guests enjoyed an afternoon of instructor led gymnastics exercises at the Houston Gymnastics Academy.

Party Favors
Set in a gymnastics venue, we thought these fun twirly batons were the perfect party favor to send guests home with!!
