Say Hello to 40

This party was a 40th birthday for my husband, all the party decorations, printables, food and desserts were created by me, Gwendolyn Calderon

• What People Ate

  Croquetas, Pastelitos, mini ham sandwiches, Cuban roast pork, black beans and rice, ribs, Charcuterie tablescape, which included 8 different cheeses, such as manchego, gouda, cheddar, brie, etc. Different meats, such as Salami, Prosciutto, Pepperoni. Fruit, such as strawberries, blackberries, blue berries, grapes. Pickles, olives, etc. Different Jellies and mustards.

• What People Drank

  Liquor, Wine, Soda, Water, Lemonade, etc.

• Desserts

  Semi naked vanilla 3 layer cake with triple berry filling, mini cheesecake, Pannacota with mango compote, triple berry compote, and fresh fruit.
