Sarah’s Parisian Marie 1st Birthday

Elizabeth P By Elizabeth P  in Birthday

Party Recap

Our daughter showed lots of excitement while watching Marie from Disney’s film The Aristocats. In the film little Marie lives in France, so my husband and I thought it would be fun to make her theme a perfect mixture between Paris and Marie. Each table featured a bouquet of pink roses, an Eiffel Tower and a tiny Marie plush doll, that our guests were able to take home. My husband and I are very creative, so we customized every single edible item on her Candy table. My husband also built a stage featuring Marie in Paris. Our photo backdrop made our guests look as though they were visiting the Eiffel Tower while in Paris for the day. We also built a cafe station and made sure we had crepes and tiramisu for our guests to enjoy.

@Maribel G So sorry for the late reply, the backdrop is made out of 1/2 inch MDF wood, can easily be found at Lowe’s or Home Depot. We then painted it in pink and added the Marie poster in the middle. I designed it on my own and had it print at, hope i answered your question!

@Alex G Hi, unfortunately I don’t, but is there something in particular that I can help you with? I bought most of the stuff on my little Sarah’s candy table at Etsy and also found some pieces on eBay! *The Eiffel Tower boxes were purchased on eBay, The pink bows attached to them I found on Etsy, the Marie resins glued on were also from Etsy. *The pink boxes are from eBay and the white roses attached to them are also from eBay listed under rose cabuchon * The test tubes are from eBay, The pink bows again from Etsy, the little paws attached I found using google search *The ice cream pint boxes are from eBay, the label was designed by me and I then had my husband print out the template, we used those to hold popcorn instead. *The little white cups holding the macaroons are from Party City. The chocolate wrappers were also designed by me. *The rice krispy treats were dipped in light pink chocolate, I found the Eiffel towers molds, along with the rose molds on eBay. *The rose garlands attached to the backdrop are from eBay. *The Marie poster was designed my me, I then had Uprinting print it out for me. Hope i was able to help!
