I bought the large ones at Hobby Lobby. The small ones I made by folding like a fan and gluing them. I glued them to a piece of black painted cardboard.

The candy containers were purchased at Hobby Lobby as well. I painted the lids to match logo and printed logo from free clip art on computer.
