River's 1st Birthday!

River's 1st birthday party was an epic event.

A doljanchi is a Korean tradition that celebrates the first birthday of a baby. This ceremony blesses the child with a prosperous future and has taken on great significance in Korea.
The birthday babies wear a hanbok and a traditional hat: and a bokgeon or hogeon for baby boys.

A balloon twisting artist and a face painter were on hand to entertain all the kids!
